2 ATM's NOT ACCEPTING CASH

It has happened more then once that I needed to deposit cash at Mayville Mall's atm. although they have 2 atm's none of them are able to accept cash. I went there (once again) yesterday afternoon, and after having to wait in the queue, because it was the 25th, I was unable to deposit money, I then had to wait for the other machine, and experienced the same problem.

As I have mentioned before, this was not the first time that this happened. Why don't the personnel check the machines before they leave?

I tried to phone the bank 9:05 this morning, but nobody answered the phone. Seems there is no discipline in this specific branch.
