15 Years of paying insurence.claim was declined

Absa sold me insurance with out the building being inspected, When I consulted ABSA about the problem they said the wiring is to old and we don't cover old wiring Same thing happened to the house after 15years of paying my insurance Absa declined my claim for bad house structure ,my house is sinking foundation is crumbling . Absa said we don't cover bad material I DID NOT BIULD THE HOUSE its easy to sell insurance to some one and take there money for 15 years .Why sell me insurance if you do not intent to pay
