13 years for Fica to be completed??????

I have been trying to finalize a late estate for the past 13 years . This year went to Absa again , repeated the same process I did in 2010, op in ga deceased late estate account, till today I am getting stories daily . I will receive an sms saying I must deposit money , when I go to the branch , I am told the account is not yet opened, they waiting for Fica to be approved. My question is , how long does it take for a late estate account to be opened? 13 yrs? Why is there no communication from your consultants ? No customer service at all, the lady at green stone, where I opened the account will not bother returning my calls or following up on the matter . Is this how people’s houses get chowed? By playing delaying tactics? ABSA can we close this matter it is now tiring . FICA takes 13 years ???? Come guys !! It’s enough now
