120 in Arrears listing out of the blue

Good day

As furious as I am at the point in time regarding this unresolved matter caused by Absa. I've now been declined by financial institutes whilst attempting to purchase a home for my kids due to an erroneously judgment listed on my credit report.

I've never missed a single installment, I've honoured my commitment and Agreement with Absa and paid accordingly. To my surprise I'm listed with a note saying I'm 120 days behind ( in arrears ).

I'm so frustrated and dont know what to do been communicating via emails with Trevor Govender regarding matter which is affecting my credit life brutally and depriving me in achieving my goals.

Can someone assist urgently...
