10 min application 1 month for the card

I convinced my mother to apply for a Virgin Money credit card over the internet promising her that it will be the fastest way to go about, I helped her with the application witch took 10 min We also scanned all the reliant forms and documentation and emailed it to them, after the application the screen said that it has been approved and that it will not be long until they contact us to deliver the card. 4 days go pass we hear nothing from them on the 5th day we contact them to ask what is happening I mean someone apply for a credit card because they have a need for the credit so we are eager to get the card so we call them and the person on the other side wasn't even sure if the documents was received I was very upset I mean it has been 5 days now it looks as if they haven't even started because they haven't received the documentation witch I did send via email to them I send it again. 7 Days passed nothing no word from them at all, We phone again by this time my mom is telling me that she told me that its going to be a mess doing it online, anyway phoned them again and again the same story promises promises today is the 9th day with nothing no word from them.
