10 Days and still no letter from absa.

Sent a email to ABSA on 09/12/2022 requesting a border letter for our vehicle as we are going to Mozambique. On the 15the ABSA rep**** stating that they are experiencing high call volumes. Up to date i have emailed them all info as requested but still no letter 10 days later.
