1 week and no response
My mother appleid for Avios Credit Card online. She was called by ABSA to submit documents whitch was done. After numerous calls they confirm 1 minute docs was recieved and next they say awaiting docs. We need this sorted and we need reply ASAP. 1 Week is utter *******.
