1 hour and 10 min to be acknowledged

I am sitting at ABSA Quagga Centre PTA wanting to apply for a new account with ABSA only to be acknowledged 1 hour and 10 min after entering the branch when I got to the front of the queue I was directed to the back of another queue, only still to be sitting waiting for someone to assist... I guess their slogan, Today, Tomorrow etc just focuses on the \Tomorrow"as that is when you might be helped here...."""
