So how does this work? My grandma had a testament by ABSA. She passed away 30 May 2023... My mom was on her testament.... My mom was killed on 18 June 2023.... Now the lady that are handling my grandma things and the other childrwn took my mom off and that is against the law... According to the law my mom's piece from my grandma MUST be pay out to my mom next to kin and that is her children.... So i hope ABSA, the lady and the children are ready for court cases because we are going to court this is *****. So be ready for it....
