0.25 CONSENSION FROM ABSA HOM LOAN

I have the problem with absa home loan as i have app**** for a bond and they said i will qualify for 0.25 consension discount if i open an account with them. And that time i already give them my nedbank account but before the debit order date i open an absa account and ask them to chenge to absa and they did that on my first installment.Than i ask them to give me that 0.25 consesion discount they send me the prove that i have qualify for the discount. Then the following day they send me the email teeling me I'm not qualifiying they took back the 0.25 discount.
