0 Privacy and 0 order in Absa Phalaborwa

The look and feel of the renovated branch in Phalaborwa is good, but the setup is very very disappointing and there is 0 order in the branch. There is no privacy at all, I went to do a withdrawal and was so disappointed about the way the branch is, people are not standing in their respective queues and seems like everyone is just allowed to grab a chair wherever and sit anywhere they like. There is nothing discreet about our personal affairs, everybody is watching and listening, everybody is just busy with their business and they do not care if client are getting privacy or not. it's even very difficult to get around as every client is sitting in the middle or branch and anywhere they like. If there was an alternative branch I was going to use it, this one does not care about anyone's safety. Please get the branch in order and someone to direct queues, someone to take cake of people just loitering around and sitting anywhere they like, all these happening does not create any sense of security or the impression that the staff can handle their affairs. All this that is happening is really a first to me, I have been a client in Phalaborwa for long and this kind of mess has never happened.
