0 CUSTOMER SERVICE

This bank has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! In a main mall and they have 1 customer service consultant. The que is miles long customers give up and walk out. When asked why there are no service consultants the answer is oh we have had a problem foe a long time. Does not atop them feom collecting your money for a service fee and then providing no service. 2 hours just to collect a card from the branch.
