On Tuesday I went to open a new account at the OR Tambo brabch and was told only the consultants can not customer services. Went online and app**** and was only left with submitions for ID and proof of address. I went back with the ref number to customer services and still got told to wait for the consultant. I went back today to see a consultant, after 20min I saw her but she told me I only customer services could upload the documents. Went to queue and at exactly 12h49 I exited the branch.
