Service from customer service terrible not the staffs fault

Service from customer service terrible not the staffs fault. Only two consultants having to serve a lot of people. I waited half an hour and the two consultants were serving the same two clients as when I went into the branch. I am a disabled pensioner it hurts to sit after my back op. One of the customers and myself left the branch after finding out there were six plus people ahead of us.
