Having just left ABSA Tableview, I went to Absa Table Bay because of the no existing service at Tableview branch

Having just left ABSA Tableview, I went to Absa Table Bay because of the no existing service at Tableview branch. What a change within the same banking group. The bank manager apologized that they were two staff short to sickness. Lynne, the branch manager, went over and above my service expectations to help clients. She was on the floor helping clients. I was in and out the branch in 15 minutes. Assisted with more issues than I went in. I also met with one of the other clients who had left the Tableview branch because he got tired of waiting. I will never go into the Tableview branch again. Thank you, Lynne and staff, for giving me faith in ABSA agan.
