Can't refund or exchange material in question

On the 31st of August, I bought 8 pallets of maxi bricks, 6m3 concrete stones and 15 bags of cement. There was a sale running at that time but on purchasing these mentioned items, prices suddenly rose per item.<br> Maxi bricks rose from the advertised R2.10 to R2.30 per brick,<br> Cement rose from advertised R60.00 to R69.95<br> Concrete mix rose from advertised R265 to R280<br> <br> Bricks and concrete were delivered when i wasn't present and cement took almost a month not being delivered.<br> I went to complain about poor state of bricks and also enquire about cement, I was told that cement was delivered the same day with concrete which was false. We checked our delivery receipts and it appeared that their crew stole all my cement.<br> <br> I've dealt with their arrogance until today NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE.<br> I can't use that material for the safety of my family and my neighbours' property.<br> <br> I want them to take their garbage and REFUND me, they've delayed me without remorse.
