Never Trust Abreal Property Management

NEVER EVER rent property from Abreal Property management in particular Fijnbosch complex in Constantia kloof because they do not care one bit for the health and Safety of the tenants residing in their properties. The maintenance Staff are among the most ****** you will ever encounter. My mother has has raised numerous issues with Maintenance and Management however it always seems to fall on deaf ears and is never resolved. There is an issue with Mold in the Units which is a major Health risk which we have raised and this has never been resolved. My mother is currently a patient undergoing Chemo Therapy for lung Cancer and she got even worse sick one day because of the mold and was admitted to hospital with a respiratory tract infection. I have all pictures and evidence of the mold as well as all the Drs bills. Secondly, when it rains the entire kitchen cupboards and windowsills are flooded with water . I was told that this was resolved However on the 5th January when it rained the flooding was there again. The Maintenance team cannot provide a job card to show that this was resolved. There are numerous issues which never gets any attention. When we moved in to our unit, the stove was not working and we were told that they cannot replace it unless there are a few units that requires a stove as they do not order stoves in single quantity. I am writing this to let people know to not rent there. I will be logging a case with the housing rental Tribunal as well as posting this on all social media to ensure that no one has to go through what we have to go through. I will be taking me case to an attorney and ensure that Abreal are liable for all my mother's medical bills as a result of their negligence.
