Unsatisfactory Service Delivery-Breach of Contract

During October 2015 we decided to make use of Garden Service. After meeting with Pieter Abrahams telling him what needs to be done, he agreed. On his request a 12mnths contracts was signed for every Friday 07:00. Since day 1 problems started and work not properly done. Cut grass left behind, leaves/**** not removed, parts of lawn not mowed, soil in beds not loosen etc. (photos) Twice he was spoken to and shown the half work done, he was full of excuses but agreed to fix it. Friday 07:00 became 08:00 without having the decency to inform us, breech of his own contract. A sms was received where he gave notice stopping his services a day before he had to clean the garden, no idea what purpose of contract is or breech thereof!! Luckily I refused to pay in advanced but when services was rendered. Abraham's Garden Services did unsatisfactory work, didn't keep to own contract, clearly don't care and *************, make promises didn't keep it, when confronted has excuses and run away. Unprofessional!!
