Pathetic service!!

I paid money to get Debt review removed off of my name. After begging and later threatening, I received the certificate. After waiting the 21 business days for Transunion they now confirm that my debt review clearance was never updated on the DHS System. Now this ****er who assisted me is nowhere to be found. Why are the NCR allowing people like this to operate? And where do I go to get my name cleared? The level of service in South Africa is non existent. Pathetic...
