Debt counsellor is unresponsive and *****ing my money

I have been under debt review under debt counsellor Rudowyn Abrahams, the owner of this firm. Registered debt counsellor number is NCRDC1873. After paying off all my debt I now have to get a clearance certificate from him to get my name off debt review. I had to pay R2150 to get this certificate but now I am getting absolutely no response from him. He is being a **** and a *****
