On Monday 20, September 2021, a courier guy sent me a what's up message saying that I must hire crates and pay for insurance, which I did and total cost R5849. 00 which they say it s refundable on deliver, contact guy Isaac ***

I asked them to deliver on Thursday the 22nd of September, they charged me R1954, 00 for storage and feed, which I paid

On Thursday, Isaac sent me a what's up message saying that the truck is blockedat R575 road, due to traveling licenses and permits and they demanded that I pay R6550.00 for releasing the consignment, which I refused to pay.

Thomas promised to handle this matter on Friday the 24th, on Monday the 26th I phoned him, he answered the phone, but after I introduced myself, he dropped the pho, I tried several times to call, the phone ring until it gets to voice mail

I used my Voda number, the phone was answered, but the guy said Thomas is of sick, and he cannot assist me

Peter please help me get my stock or my money back
