Waiting time

I just received my kids' books, and I truly appreciate that they arrived in perfect condition, neatly packed with no damage. I understand that the delay was due to suppliers being out of stock and the need to source the books, and I apologize if my frustration was misplaced.

However, I do want to kindly suggest that when delays are possible, the estimated delivery timeframe should be communicated more accurately. The initial expectation of one week led to disappointment when the books didn’t arrive as anticipated. A more realistic timeframe or proactive updates on delays would help manage customer expectations better.
