Urgent Resolution Needed – Unfulfilled Order & Poor Communication

I feel it’s necessary to address the ongoing issue with Above Books. Many parents, including myself, have placed orders for stationery and books, only to be met with delays, unreliable communication, and misleading stock availability on your website—which, at times, doesn’t function properly.

It’s unacceptable for a company to promise a service it cannot deliver. I expect a clear and honest explanation for the failure to fulfill my order or an immediate refund, including compensation for any additional costs I’ve incurred due to these delays.

I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from Above Books. Good business ethics require transparency—acknowledging delays upfront would have been far better than ignoring them. I expect a prompt response and resolution
