Urgent: Non-Delivery of Books and Request for Refund

I have noticed that the only way to receive a prompt response from your team is by posting on HelloPeter. As per your previous response, my order was meant to be dispatched within two working days, and I should have received the books by Monday. However, I have yet to receive a tracking number.

Despite multiple attempts to contact you via email, WhatsApp, and phone, I have received no response. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable, especially as the academic term is already well underway.

At this stage, I am requesting a full refund so that I can purchase my child's books elsewhere. Please process the refund immediately. Once this matter is resolved, I will not need to contact you again.

I expect a response without further delay.
