Shocking lack of service!

I have had an incredibly disappointing experience with this supplier. I ordered a book for a degree that I am doing and was assured that it would arrive at the beginning of March. A delivery was made, but of the wrong book. I notified them immediately and was assured that the correct book would be delivered and the incorrect on collected the following week. 8 weeks later and numerous follow-ups later, they have stopped responding to my correspondence. Shockingly bad service - I will NEVER use them again
