Poor service and communication

I have had little communication with regards to the status of my order. A book was ordered on 16 Jan and ETA was 22-27 Jan. No updates since 21 Jan. No replies on whatsapp. The phone number listed is that of the office park they were located in. I drove to their listed address and they are no longer there. I have noticed a very untidy office where stationery was strewn across the floor. The neighbouring units said Above Books are not there ! I am afraid I been ****med and would advise others not to purchase from them
