Poor service

Hy.

I placed an order on the 25.04.2025 and I got communication that it will be delivered by 06.05.2025. Today is the 06th and still nothing. I thought I could give you guys a second chance since the last time I placed an order it was a disaster. Can I please be refunded. I no longer want the books I made plans and got them somewhere else. Hear me out, refund me do not deliver, your service is pathetic.
