Pathetic and useless

Utterly pathetic and useless. Order placed mid January. Status of order changed to "getting shipped" on the 30th January. Today is the 25th February and no tracking information has been provided. Do not order from them. Worst service I have ever received. Even ordering from Temu is quicker than this.
