Paid in Full—Still No Book or Refund After Months

I placed and paid for an order (Book Order #105566) with Above Books on 3 April 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive my book. They initially responded offering a refund, but since then have gone completely silent. It’s now been over two months with no refund, no updates, and no resolution—despite several attempts to contact them through their listed channels. This kind of conduct is unacceptable. Customers should not be left chasing goods they’ve paid for or refunds that were promised. Based on my experience and others shared here, Above Books appears to operate with blatant disregard for consumer rights. Their platform should be reviewed and potentially removed from operating if they continue exploiting buyers in this way.
