No communication and huge delays upon sales order yet no delivery.

The ordering process was quite efficient. Ordered on the 11 Jan expected arrival 17-22 Jan. Been trying to follow up on the process of order and whether it’s been shipped. I can’t reach them telephonically, emailed them as well as what’s app . Absolutely no response this is my last resort in get my query resolved.
