My child will have to stay home until I raise other funds for textbooks I am ****med
I am so frustrated since last week I tried all means of communicating with these people no response on email, contact number or whats app, my son will not go to school next week because of not having textbooks and it seems like I am ****med I tried to reverse the money through the bank so that I can buy from a reliable supplier the bank as well does not get any response to authorize the refund. Does this company even exist we need to contact the media and research this because this is *****.

07 Feb 2025, 07:04Thank you Florence, I have also involved my lawyers in my case I think the more court cases we get the more our complaints will have weight, everyone with legal team please let us all report this business this is the future of our kids that they are destroying in the name of making money. I am also in the process of involving media because I personally visited the address in Midrand to the shock of finding out that they are not even there. Let's spread the word and get this business closed down I don't even need their books I need my money back and there is not even a process to claim your refund, I won't stop until I get my R1483 back.

07 Feb 2025, 12:58They responded on my email promising to dispatch on Monday which means my son will have to miss Monday because he can't go to school without books as from Monday hopefully that they will keep their promise for him to not miss the whole wee
