This online business is a ****. They take your money and never deliver anything.
They went as far as writing **** positive review here on hellopeter to cover up their ****. On 4 Feb 2025 between they created multiple accounts on hellopeter and wrote positive reviews to try and overshadow their negative trail of reviews. The reviews were all written by new accounts and around the same time. They all have the same tone. ****!!
My legal team has established that the webhost for the online store is xneelo.co.za. They have contacted xneelo whom were helpful. We are awaiting a court order to get the details of the domain owner. My bank is also investigating the matter. And no I will not let it go until they refund me.
I have contacted the company and allowed them time to refund or deliver. Now we wait.
My purchase was around R750 but at this point its about the principle and not the money.
