I placed an online order on 02/01/2026 for my Childs grade 5 text books. I paid online and the payment was successful. There was no tracking number sent to me. The order was supposed to be delivered on 13/01/2026 and i did not receive it. I tried calling the Customer care number a few times and it was always not reachable. The WhatsApp number is also not working. I paid R1648.00 and have got nothing. These guys are *******. They are rogues that pray on people like us. I am so angry at these people. How are we supposed to do online shopping if there are business like this. I cant trust the process anymore. The people hosting this site should stop hosting this site. You are contributing to *****.
