Lack of communication frustrated customer

I am very frustrated with businesses that do not communicate with customers. This is my first and last order which i still have not received nor do I know what the status is because no one will respond to my emails. At this point I don’t know what else to do because I have tried to get information only to find that I can’t get access to my account on their website nor am I able to reach them any other way I honestly just want my money back now.
