Irish cookbook for PHD research

Ordered a book in early February 2025 which appeared to be in stock. It turned out it was from the UK (no indication on the site). I gave it 2 months with the poor communication. At one time it was even at customs, and then reappeared at customs later. I then requested a refund and am still waiting for that. Phone calls are not answered, and mail responses are poor. This is by far the worst online service I have dealt with. Skip these guys and buy from someone else. They do not care.
