I want my money

Thay don't deserve any star..it's not the first I write about the follow up.i send them an email to say since they failed to deliver my book, then they must return my money. They responded and said I must send a proof of payment and an account number, the money will be returned in 2 to 12days. But now is 30days .they don't even respond to my email.
