Disappointing Delay and Poor Communication

I placed an order (#105301) on 19 March 2025 for a Grade 9 textbook (Oxford Suksesvolle Ekonomiese en Bestuurswetenskappe LB), which was urgently needed for my child’s studies. The delivery was expected between 25–28 March, but as of 9 April, I still have not received the book.

After following up, I was told the book was being packed and would be delivered that same week — that was 9 days ago. Since then, there has been no further communication or tracking update.

This delay has disrupted my child’s schoolwork, and the lack of clear feedback is extremely frustrating. I had hoped for better service and transparency, especially when ordering educational material for a learner.

I sincerely hope this review encourages better communication and faster turnaround times in the future.
