Disappointed Customer

I ordered grade 1 workbooks on the 24th of January. The order was supposed to have been delivered from the 30th of January to the 4th of Feb. I have emailed this company but it's always one excuse to another. I don't think this company is legit at all. My order status has been on getting packed for almost 2 weeks now. I wonder what are they actually packing. My son is legging way behind. I am disappointed 😞
