Bad customer service on ordered books

I ordered a book solutions for all history grade 12 learner's book- on the 28th Mar 25 Estimated delivery dates were 3 to 8 April - still have not received it, when i ask on mail Im just asked to be patient and wait. I am even wondering is this is a real store because even the responses seem like a robot was writing them.. still no book or comms to when delivery will be done
