BAD Customer Service and being ****ed

This company is a **** they deserve a Zero and if I knew I was not going to support them, reviews indicated they never deliver to their customers. I ordered and paid for 2 books on the 17th of January 2025 for my daughter in matric, for English and Drama and the expected delivery date was the 28th of January 2025. Nothing came and I have been chasing them with emails and WhatsApp. There is no answer on their cellphone or it is engaged or on voice mail. They responded that they would deliver but nothing came and it shows it was sent by answering machine. Even today I received the same message that my delivery is on its way. I realise that I need to order these books somewhere else because my daughter is missing out. I know now that this company is a **** because we have the same complaint of not delivering any order and I believe the machine answers us.
