Above Books' service below standard

I placed an order for a prescribed literature book for my matric son on 27 January 2025: Estimated delivery between 31 January and 5 February. On 31 January I received notification that my order "was getting prepared by supplier. Six days ago another notification "getting packed" Surely between "getting packed" and handing it to the courier can't take a week. There is no answer when you phone and they don't respond to WhatsApp messages - also no tracking system so that you can "track" your order.
