Above Books - Non existent service!

I wish I had researched reviews here, before making a purchase. Really poor customer experience. I made a purchase on approximately 16th of May. To date, I have still not received an update to manage my expectation on delivery eta's. They have what seems to be a legitimate website ( https://abovebooks.co.za/contact-us/), but their customer service and response times is severely lacking. To date I have had just 1 response to about 5 enquiries over the last 6 weeks. You can't ever get through on their number ( ***), it's always the same response, the person you are trying to reach is not available? Who runs a business and doesn't answer their phone after 10:00 am. Then the so-called whats app number ( ***, Text only), I messaged on 28th May, 11th June and again today, 20th of June. Not a single response. Given other similar complaints here about "Above Books", it would seem they don't care about the feedback and are not willing to action changes to improve their service. My advice, if you don't want to lose money, would be to stay well clear! of them! There is something very wrong with their blatant lack of responses and poor service.
