Above Books Is A ****!!

BOY OH BOY!!! DO NOT EVER BUY BOOKS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! We have purchased our daughter's book on the 15th of January 2025. We received a email saying there will be a delay on the 28th of January of a few days. We waited and had no communication after this. I then emailed a few days later again asking. They said sorry for the late reply on the 30th and it will be shipped in the next 48 on the hours.Its the 2nd of February today and still no tracking number received Unfortunately it is now starting to look like we all have been ****med.I think we should all contact Carte Blanche on M-Net to do a story about this situation. As well as contact Wendy Nolan from East Coast Radio from consumer watch. Why not trash their name on Facebook as well as TikTok and Google too. You can't even get hold of anyone not on any of the contact numbers or Whatsapp! My poor daughter is Gr7 it's one of the most important years for her this year in her school life and she is starting her test this week on the 4th of February and she has no Text Books thanks to this ****mers! May you get your day in HELL!!
