I have ordered and paid R684-00 for 2 Platinum School books on 20 January 2025, my status stays on "Order getting packed" Estimated delivery dates: 24th January - 29th January I cannot get through to any of the numbers they provide to call -*** or whatsapp ***, neither does anybody reply via email - ***

Does anybody have an alternative way to contact them please?
