I ordered 11 Platinum,grade 5 books on 16/1/25. I received an e-mail on 30/1/25 to say the books is being shipped. That was 12 days ago. I have not received any books yet. It has been 26 days since I ordered. They take a pensioners savings, but can't deliver the books. It has been 4 weeks since the school started, but the child does not have books. In a few weeks time the school will close for holidays. They don't answer calls or e-mails. Maybe I should open a case of *****.

12 Feb 2025, 12:52Still no books or answers. The child is 4 weeks behind because we can't do homeschooling without books. Taking an old person's money but not delivering. A case of ***** must be opened.
