NO SWANN CAMERA REPRESENTATION IN SOUTH AFRICA

Bought 9 'Swann' IP security cameras and discovered they were represented in SA by ABOVE-BEYOND who recommended a Co 'Sound X' to come out and install for me. This was done and all worked fine until I needed to replace my modem, afterwhich some of the cameras would not work and I assumed had to be reset.<br> I purchased SWANN because they offered a LIFETIME support, so I contacted both of these Suppliers again. Sound X attempted to help me but could not, and clearly pointed out that I would have to pay for any more support, so I turned to the agents ABOVE-BEYOND.<br> Laken had a bad attitude and suggested I phone Swann in America for support. I feel that the Agent representing SA should have sorted this out for me.<br> I have tried to contact Swann in USA but they have not come back to me.<br>
