Irvin with immediate effect sprang into action, by this afternoon (Thursday) all action has been taken and vehicle is ready for panel beater to contact me to set a date for repair. I cannot believe how passionate and dedicated Irvin is in getting the job done. He has not wasted any time possessing the claim and having it authorised.
