IRISH SWAI FULFILLS THE PROMISE AT DISCOVERY INSURE TO HELP US

I unfortunately had a screen claim on my I phone x. I reported the incident to Discovery insure .I also explained that the cctv footage at the panelbeater where I slipped and fell would reveal the entire incident . I am happy to mention that all the consultants from Richard to Irish Shwai to Bianca Peterson were absolutely caring and helpful. Nevertheless , the real problem was when We FIX was given the task to fix my phone . on changing my screen and collecting my phone I discovered that the icons ,the touch screen and the swipe mode were ghosting .on returning to WE FIX , they told me that I was not swiping correctly ., yet I told them that it was my fourth I phone and the one in question was in my possession for 10 months . However Irish from Discovery Insure instructed me to take Phone to I Store who have now confirmed that WeFiX did not fix my phone properly after replacing glass as the only fault was the glass before WE FIX received the phone . Irish Swai Resolved the problem , I have received confirmation of payment band my phone is ready to pick up from I store tomorrow .Once again thanks to Bianca Peterson as well for helping me get to Hello peter .WE FIX apologized
