Excellent Customer Satisfaction

My conversation with Shafick Allow left me feeling that I am special and I suppose this is fine to all customers as this is done telephonically. I give Shafick Allow 10/10 and feeling very satisfied as he went beyond my expectations in handling my query. He is excellent at the subject of discussion and is patient in ensuring that he and the customer are on the same page. My queries were also resolved in a professional way.
