Worst Storage Facility in Gauteng!!

Didn't give honest advice about the size of the storage I would require so the unit assigned didn't even take half my furniture. When I called the office I was informed I could either take a bigger unit (more expensive.. obviously), or they would give my money back. Whilst all my furniture was in the back of the removals van at their facility!! Where did they think I could go! Sent owner/ manager an email which he didn't bother responding to. Called twice and was told he's on holiday Asked when he would be back. Was told 'I don't know'. Terrible service and worse attitudes.
